Dr Shahzadi Pakeeza is currently serving as Chairperson, Department of Islamic Studies at Fatima Jinnah Women University, Rawalpindi, Pakistan. She has got an exceptional academic career with a gold medal in Masters and winning HEC indigenous scholarship for PhD that reflects her dedication and enthusiasm for academics. She has completed her postdoc fellowship from the University of California, (2022) on HEC Scholarship. She had done a postdoc from University of Texas (UT), Austin in 2015. She has been awarded The Best University Teacher Award from HEC for her excellent performance in teaching and research. She has got a wide range of publications on diverse topics and areas of interest with 60+ publications in well reputed HEC recognized National and International Journals. She also got HEC award for research grant for Digital Arabic Language Lab in FJWU. Mr Muhammad Rafeeq Shinwari received degrees of LLB (Hons) Shari‘ah and Law, and LLM (International Law), from International Islamic University, Islamabad. His degree of PhD in Law is in progress from the same university. The title of his thesis was ‘A Critical and Comparative Study of the Orientalist Perception of Islam as Reflected in the Writings of William Montgomery Watt and Kenneth Cragg.’ Prior to PhD, he earned a Master’s in Arabic Language and Literature from the renowned Aligarh Muslim University Aligarh, India.
