Abstract

Cancer immunotherapy has emerged as one of the most promising and transformative approaches in oncology. This review article delves into the latest advancements in cancer immunotherapy, including immune checkpoint inhibitors, chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapies, and cancer vaccines. Additionally, it addresses the challenges, limitations, and future directions in the field of immuno-oncology.
